Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care through a virtual platform from the comfort of your home. We treat a number of mental health issues, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing therapy in a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We will be there for you every step of your mental health journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be and to TRANSFORM your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through therapy and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience mental health symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

*Learn to set boundaries and how to prevent the new boundaries being violated

Tuesdays: 5pm EST
*3 Parts: Self Worth and Value, Self Efficacy and Self Care
*Identify your Inner Critic
*Learn patterns of negative self worth and change them to positve self worth
*Learn how to validate your worth, trust and believe in you
* Learn your Strengths and Weakness
* Learn empathy and compassion for yourself
* Master good Self-Care!!

*Learn how to communicate empathetically with self and others
* Master a communication skill that will foster deep connection
*Develop conscious awareness and attunement to language
*Find common ground with anyone, anywhere
*Resolve conflict peacefully
*Reclaim your voice and communcate effectively and assertively!!
Wednesdays: 6pm EST
*Explore family dynamics in early childhood that formed your codependent patterns
*Develop a deep understanding of what codependence is and is not
*Identify your individual patterns of codependence
*Start correcting behaviors of self sabotage and self abandon
*Develop relationships that function with interdependence
*I Matter and You Matter!!!
Thursdays: 5pm EST
* Learn about Autism Spectrum and what it means for you
* Meet other adults with ASD who are in your same shoes
* Learn to idenify and ask for your needs to be met using the ASD lense
*Connect socially with Neurodivergent Adults
*Explore resources to support your activities of daily living
*Gain insight and freedom emotionally!!

*Be Kind to Your Mind
*Express visually what words cannot speak

* Learn the "ins" and "outs" of Autism Spectrum Disorder
* Meet other caregivers supporting someone with ASD
*Explore topics of concern, gain support and find ASD resources
*Learn from others who might be ahead on the journey, what works and what doesn't
*Access accountability for your own Self Care and Bounderies
*Celebrate the Growth!!
